Aging is a part of life that we must accept; and aging skin and hair come along with it. But with this also comes the fact that we want to retain our youthful, wrinkle free skin. For this we are ready to try whatever is thrown in our way; from creams, serums and masks to medical procedures.
I have done the same. I did undergo few peels and laser treatments but believe me the results don’t really last long. After spending time and money on multiple sittings, I decided to put a stop to it.
That is when I thought of experimenting with few natural products and DIYs
Few products worth trying are:
Dr. Sheth’s Haldi and Hyaluronic Acid sleeping mask: As the name suggests, it has turmeric (haldi) which helps to fight against acne, uneven complexion and any inflammation. Hyaluronic acid plumps up the skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. It has other powerful ingredients like Gotu-Kola, Marula and Evening Primrose oil which promote skin renewal. The best part: it is suitable for all skin types. All in all a must try product.
Bipha Ayurveda’s Charusutra Ambika: This is one of the lesser known brands but the product line is effective and value for money. This particular mask is not exactly anti-aging but it is a super-hydrating mask and also helps boost collagen. It consists of powerful herbs like Kacholam powder, Vetiver powder, Kasturi Haldi and a blend of essential oils. You will love your skin after a couple of uses.
Ilana Reviving Moisture Mask– it might sound like a moisturizing mask but it has anti-ageing ingredients like Green tea, Pomegranate and Grapeseed oil. However, it is not suitable for oily skin type.
St. Botanica Retinol Advanced Anti-Aging: This is a completely natural mask and effectively improves skin’s elasticity. It packs in the best anti-aging ingredients such as Retinol, Hyarulonic acid, Matrixyl 3000 and Vit B3 which reduce the appearance of wrinkles and boost hydration. The other notable ingredients are Vit C, Bentonite, Calamine, Arbutin, Oats powder, Green tea, Cucumber, Grapefruit, Pomegranate and Turmeric. Need I say more? Do try it.
Hope you guys try these and let me know your experiences with the products. I would love to have a chat with you….
